Where we ship
We ship worldwide to most countries.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery after processing is 7–14 business days. Delivery may take a little longer during busy periods or due to customs clearance. Please note these are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please allow a few days for the tracking to begin updating.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. Ablua has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or delayed orders
